Find that your Lulerain isn't misting as strongly or it's stopped altogether? Don't panic! The good news is that it's usually not a permanent issue. here are the most likely causes for your nano mister to stop working.
1. Out Of Battery
Lulerain runs on a rechargeable battery. It lasts quite a long time, but as the battery begins to die you may notice the mist isn't as strong. The light inside the water tank will flash blue when it's time to charge. If it's stopped working completely, begin by plugging it in to charge to see if that fixes it.
2. Old Water
It's not recommended to keep water inside the tank for long periods. The filter inside the device is very fine, meaning once the water has heavier particles in it, it won't mist as well. Dump out the old water, clean it, and then put in new fresh water. That should help!
3. Clogged Filter
Our Lulerain devices use nanotechnology to break down the water into super tiny particles. That means that the filter inside can get clogged by heavy particles that can't make it through. Certain waters, like mineral water, can cause this. If you have used essential oils in your nano mister that can also cause it to get clogged.
Empty out the water in the tank and clean it. Take a cotton swab and gently clean the filter as well. The run clean water through it until the mist returns!
